The Young men’s Day celebration is fast approaching.
In fact, the event is this Friday January 25 in Nain.
We spoke with Abele Ikkusek one of the AngajukKât.
This is a day of celebration for boys who are celebrating their day for the first time and becoming young men.
There are three services at the Moravian Church.
The first service will be at 10 am.
A love feast is at 3 pm.
And a closing service is held for everyone at 5 pm.
Young men’s day is best known as an annual Moravian Tradition by elders in the community.
The celebration involves the community, parents and church members.
