Hockey is keeping the Nain Husky Centre a busy place this winter.
Lisa Ivany is the Recreation Director for the Nain Inuit Community Government.
She says there are around 40 to 50 kids registered for Minor Hockey.
The fee to join is $56.00.
Ivany says that she is hoping to have a Minor Hockey Week on the first weekend of February.
The season has started for the Men’s League.
The league features the same four teams as last year: Nanuks , Red Army, Young All-stars, and the Ice Bergs.
The fee to join the men’s league is $80.00.
February 28th is the deadline for the men to join.
