The Women in Resource Development Corporation (WRDC) helps women throughout Newfoundland and Labrador to prepare for and achieve meaningful careers in trades and technology.
Judy Voisey is the Career Resource Development with WRDC.
She says herself and her colleague Emma Martin arrived to Nain yesterday.
They held an information session and a feast for women last evening at the JS center at 6pm.
They are in town to conduct surveys to women, and to hold the information sessions to inform women about their programs they offer.
WRDC offers career exploration programs, counselling and employment recruit, and work place training and many more.
