A group of North coast walkers successfully completed their journey in 17 days.
The walk began from Makkovik on Feb 28 and ended at North West River & Sheshatshiu.
They arrived at their destination on Saturday afternoon.
While on the journey, updates of their progress were available on the Facebook webpage “Following the Walkers”.
The trekkers also used Spot Me devices to plot their progress.
The Facebook page now features many photos of their memorable journey.
The 25 walkers accomplished their walk in memory of Burton Winters.
