The SMARTICE Program is doing great so far with their training.
Rex Holwell is the Northern Production Lead along with four trainees and three staff assisting.
He says they will be training for six weeks.
So far on their first week, they completed soft skills, and last week they completed the Leaned 101 training.
Starting this week, they are training for the Smart Buoys for the next four weeks.
Soon they will begin training for First Aid and WHMIS.
