Six candidates have entered the race to become one of the two Nunatsiavut government Ordinary Members for Upper Lake Melville.
Jack Shiwak is the Chief Returning Officer.
He says the candidates are Craig Andersen, Roy Blake, Janice Edmunds-Connors, Trudy Mesher-Barkman, Gary Mitchell and George Morris.
All are residents of Happy Valley-Goose Bay with the exception of Mesher-Barkman who resides in North West River.
The candidates will be hitting the campaign trail between now and Election Day.
The election is scheduled for November 29.
