OK Radio was unable to get the results of the Rhubarb festival events that took place yesterday in Hopedale.
We will have the results for you tomorrow.
But we do have the schedule of today’s events for you.
At 12pm there was a Senior’s luncheon sponsored by the Nunatsiavut Department of Health and Social Development.
At 1:30 to 3pm, there is a social for toddlers from ages zero to four.
A softball game for 15 years and under goes from 3pm to 5pm.
At 6 pm this evening there will be a homemade boat race.
This event will be for ages 16 and up.
Boats have to be made out of cardboard boxes and duct tape only.
This event is for males and females and all participants must have their own life jackets.
A giant bingo game will take place at 7pm this evening.
And there will be a dance for the youth from 8pm to 10pm.
