Last week’s Nunatsiavut Heritage Forum is being considered another huge success.
Jamie Brake was one of the facilitators.
He says the event brought together delegates from each of the Nunatsiavut communities and the Upper Lake Melville.
A number of guest speakers also joined the delegates in Makkovik for the discussions.
Brake says it was an excellent opportunity for people to gather and discuss heritage-related issues.
The delegates also created goals for the future of heritage projects in Nunatsiavut.
