Mark Turner is an Adjunct Professor for the School of Music with the Memorial University of Newfoundland.
Turner is also the Manager for Audio-Visual Archives and Media Literacy for the Tradition and Transition among the Labrador Inuit Partnership with the OKâlaKatiget Society.
Turner will be on the north coast in July and August working with Nunatsiavummiut collecting audio and visual footage from interested Nunatsiavummiut.
Turner will be turning beneficiary’s collections into movies and videos that can be displayed at the Illusuak Cultural Centre.
