Back in 1972 to1975, Ruth McCleary taught students in North West River.
McCleary is from Winnipeg, Manitoba.
She says she came to Labrador this time to visit Martha Winters-Abel from Hopedale, and Fran Williams from Nain.
McCleary says she met with Joan Dicker, Simon Kohlmeister, and other former students as well when she arrived on the Northern Ranger.
