Keith Russell is hoping to run as the Progressive Conservative candidate for the Upper Lake Melville district in the upcoming provincial election.
The current Ordinary Member for the Nunatsiavut Government has already made his desire to run public.
He has started a Facebook group ‘Vote Keith Russell for Your PC Candidate for Lake Melville’.
The PC Party of Newfoundland and Labrador has yet to open nominations for the Upper Lake Melville district.
The provincial election takes place in October.
