James Thorbourne Leaving NGC (Audio)

The work and projects for the Nunatsiavut Group of Companies went quite well this summer.

James Thorbourne is the President and CEO for the company.

He says even though weather was a factor at times, more people visited the Base Camp this year.

On the marine side, the MV Northern Ranger’s short based operations were in service one hundred percent of the time.

Thorbourne says Nunatsiavut Construction did work in Nain and Rigolet.

He says one of the bigger projects they had was dealing with the water problems in the town of Hopedale.

He added that he will be moving to another job and place after December 31.
