Girl’s Day in Nain is just about 3 weeks away.
Miriam Lidd is the Captain.
She says so far, there are 21 girls interested in Girl’s day, and there are about 12 newcomers.
Lidd says the cooks are Kitura Solomon and Maria Ikkusek.
The Pijiks are Sarah Kajuatsiak, Pauline and Toby Tuglavina, and Matt Barbour.
She says they had a donation of Turkey and Ham from Matilda Karpik.
They also had a donation of 250.00 from Ulapitsaijet.
Lidd says the next meeting will be held tomorrow.
They will meet together about bringing letters to the local organizations for donations.
Lidd adds any donations would be greatly appreciated.
