Bill to End Long-Gun Registry Back on the Table in Ottawa (Audio)

A bill to end the long-gun registry is back in the House of Commons.

Labrador’s MP, Peter Penashue, says the bill seeks to abolish the long-gun registry requirement.

The Conservative MP is a strong supporter of scrapping the law which requires Canadians to register certain types of firearms such as rifles.
