The barge with the modules for the Multi-Purpose Centre arrived in Nain over a week ago.
It was Sunday before last the boat and barge arrived.
Even though they were here, they could not start off- loading the modules right away.
They had to wait for the tide to go down, and then something else happened.
When they finally got to the dock, they couldn’t begin to off- load.
This was because their crane had broken down.
So repairs had to be done in order for anything to come off the boat.
It was only yesterday that people in town saw the modules being off- loaded.
