Vale has announced the successful scholarship recipients for 2015 for both the Innu and the Inuit.
Inuit students in all communities in Labrador are eligible.
The 2015 Inuit Scholarship award was given to Amanda Dyson of Makkovik, who was awarded $4000.
And in Hopedale, Danika Winters was awarded $1000.
All high school students who are members of Innu Nation are eligible to apply for a $4,000 and $1000 scholarship.
This year the 2015 scholarship awards went to Faith McKay of Sheshatshiu, who was awarded $4000.
The other recipient was Victoria Bartmann, also from Sheshatshiu, who received the $1000 scholarship.
