The 26th Annual Trout Festival will be kicking off in Makkovik starting tomorrow, August 9th and going until August 13th.
John Andersen is the Recreation Director in Makkovik.
The fun-filled week will start off with the Trout Festival Parade on Tuesday evening.
It will end on Saturday with a delicious community feast and a dance with live entertainment featuring the band Rebel from Labrador City.
There will be many great events in between for all ages to enjoy and also due to expected bad weather some events are rearranged throughout the week.
