2016 NWR Beach Festival Coming Right Up

The North West River Beach Festival was established in 1986.

Since then, it has evolved not only into Labrador’s largest outdoor music festival, but a great Labrador tradition.

This year, the Beach Festival is being held on July 23rd and 24th.

The Festival will take place at the Lester Burry Memorial Park.

People can relax and enjoy 20 or more hours of nonstop live entertainment by local and regional performers.

Children’s entertainer Razzmatazz will be performing both days on the main stage, as well as spending some time mingling with children in the crowd.

Other family activities include square dancing, a handicraft auction, swimming, children’s games and the widely acclaimed Saturday evening fireworks show.

Entertainment begins at 11 am each morning, and runs until late into each night.

Services available include free admission both days, free parking & nightly dancing outdoors.
