On Saturday October 24th, 2015, at approximately 5:00 am, Nain RCMP responded to a complaint of a Break and Enter into a residence within the community.
RCMP Members attended and located a 25 year old man inside the home, who was subsequently arrested for Break and Enter.
The man appeared in court on Saturday and remains in Custody to appear in Happy Valley Goose Bay Provincial Court today, October 26th.
He is facing charges of Break and Enter, Mischief, and Breach of Probation.
Shortly after 6:00 am, Nain RCMP responded to a complaint.
It was reported that a man had broken into a residence and assaulted the home owner.
Members responded, and a 31 year old man was arrested in relation to the incident.
He appeared in Court Saturday morning.
The man has been remanded into custody and will appear in Happy Valley Goose Bay Provincial Court today, October 26th.
He is facing charges of Break and Enter, Assault, Breach of Probation, and Overcoming Resistance to the Commission of an Indictable Offence.
