The Nain Inuit Community Government now has a Senior Program Coordinator hired on this summer to hold senior’s programs.
The new Senior Program Coordinator is Tristan Webb.
The programs will be held at the Jeremias Sillitt Community Centre.
On Mondays and Thursdays there is Bingo from 1:30-3pm.
On Tuesday, July 16 will be a painting day from 1:30pm-3:30pm.
Tuesday, July 23 from 1:30-3:30pm will be Panitsiak Making with Tea/Coffee.
On Friday, July 26, starting at 2pm-4pm, the seniors will go outside down by the dump for a boil up and a chance to fish.
Rides for seniors will be available for all events and can be called at 922-2842.
Seniors who attend will have their name put in for a grocery hamper at the end of the program and the more you attend the more changes to win.
