The Nain Clinic will be having their Power Hour Wellness Walk on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 12pm to 1 pm.
The walk continues every second Thursday throughout the winter months.
Join the staff of the Nain Clinic for a cardio walk and healthy light lunch at the Jeremias Sillitt Memorial Community Centre for a healthier mind and body.
