The Enhancement Program in Postville has one person working to qualify for EI.
Shirley Goudie is the Town Manager for her community.
She says the employee is working at the local radio station doing odds and ends.
Goudie says the funding came from the NL Department of Municipal Affairs.
Goudie adds they received 21,000 dollars in funding for the program.
