The Status of Women in Nunatsiavut held a Writing and Photo contest recently.
Charlotte Wolfrey is the Status of Women Coordinator for the Nunatsiavut Government.
She says there were nine entries in the writing contest and forty one photos were submitted.
Wolfrey says people submitted photos of a Labrador tent, people fishing and other subjects.
And people submitted stories about their Mom, how they used to live when they were young, and other topics.
