Nominations are now open for OKâlaKatiget Society Board of Directors for the towns of Nain, Hopedale, Makkovik and Upper Lake Melville.
Nominations opened on Monday May 20 and will close at noon on Monday May 27.
To be nominated, you must fill out a nomination form, which must be signed by a nominator and a seconder who are also Nunatsiavut Beneficiaries.
Nomination forms are available at the OK Society office in Nain and once completed must be returned to the office in Nain by noon Monday, May 27th.
Successful candidates will serve a two-year term.
