Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro is presently having a contest for their customers with a chance to win a $250 credit on your electricity account.
We spoke with Ron Lane who is the Customer, Communications and Billing Administrator with NL Hydro.
Customers will need to sign up for e-billing to enter the contest.
The contest is open since June 1 and will be ending on July 31, 2015.
E-Billing stands for: Electronic billing or electronic bill payment.
This means when a customer signs up for e-billing, they will only receive their hydro bill through the email they provided, instead of receiving their hydro bill in the mail.
Lane says customers will need to call the customer service representatives at 1-888-737-1296 with their name, account number and email address.
And if you are an existing e-bills customer, you will be automatically entered into a separate draw for a $250 account credit.
