The Makkovik fish plant is now going to be busy with turbot- the first load was landed this morning.
Junior Andersen is the Production Manager for the plant.
He says the crab boats are finished up now, and 605,320 pounds of crab have been landed.
Andersen adds there are four turbot boats fishing, and there are 50 people working at the plant.
