Inuit Tapiriit kanatami said the Inuit Child First Initiative recognized intergenerational trauma from the legacy of colonization in all requests that are reviewed.

Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami also said there will be a National Inuit Student gathering from March 7-9 this year.
They are looking for Inuit to speak in person in Ottawa and virtual at this year’s gathering to share the successes and challenges of being a post-secondary student.
