Hebron Restoration Work to Resume This Month

The restoration of the Moravian Church in Hebron will resume this month.

Dave Lough, the Executive Director of the Torngasok Cultural Centre, says three people have been hired to carry out the work.

They will be stationed at the National Historical Site until early-September.

Lough says this summer’s work includes restoring the interior of the building.

The needed materials and supplies were recently delivered to the site.

The restoration work has been happening a little at a time over the past few years.

The amount of work depends on the available funds.

Lough expects the work to continue over the of course several more years.
