School started today along the Labrador coast.
The Jens Haven Memorial Primary School started off by first going to church at 9 am.
Then the children and their parents went to the school and had a small assembly.
After the assembly, the parents and children had an opportunity to meet with the children’s teachers.
Here in Nain, there was a church service for the 4-12 Jens Haven Memorial School at 10:30 am.
The students and parents also were able to meet with the student’s teachers after church.
There are 4 new teachers for Nain.
In Hopedale, they started off by having an assembly in the school at 8:20 am.
There will be 5 new teachers there.
Makkovik started at 9 am at their church.
In Postville they started their assembly at 11 am.
There is one new teacher there.
And Rigolet started off with an assembly as well, at 9 am.
