The English River Fish Count in Postville is going on until the first week of October.
Todd Broomfield is the Director of Renewable Resources for the Nunatsiavut Government.
He says the number of small and large Salmon was counted, and, in total, there were 600 salmon as of August 27th.
Broomfield says there are six Nunatsiavut beneficiaries working at English River.
