The English River Fish Count in Postville finished up on October 11th.
Maurice Jacque is the Supervisor for this project.
He says there were more fish this year then last year.
Jacque says this project was funded through Department of Fisheries and Oceans and Nunatsiavut Government.
He adds he would like for this project to continue, because it is fun to count the fish and its a good guide for what’s going on out in the ocean.
