Chaim Andersen of Nain recently received 2 scholarships and an award.
Andersen is going to school in Corner Brook, NL at Memorial University’s Sir Wilfred Grenfell Campus.
She is currently taking General Studies for pre-requisites for Nursing.
The first scholarship she received was the Torngat Regional Scholarship for having the highest marks in the Torngat region, along with Brianna Brown and Caroline Nochasak.
She also received a Chemistry award of excellence, which is offered every year, but rarely given out.
