The Canada Day events in Nain are starting today, Monday, June 29, 2020.
At 6pm, there will be Co-ed volleyball with a maximum of 6 players, 4 minimum and the winners will receive $20 per player.
So far, there are four teams registered for tonight’s Canada Day Coed Volleyball Tournament, and they are Rust Buckets, Trevor’s team, Kelly’s team, and Family team.
Anyone wanting to register their team can contact Gwen Dyson by 4pm.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, June 30th, there will be a Giant Radio Bingo starting at 7pm with $100 cards selling from 9am to 6pm at the Nain Husky Centre.
50/50 tickets will also be sold at $1.00 each.
