It was another successful year for the Annual Jobe J Volleyball Tournament in Hopedale this past weekend.
Sukie Aggek was one of the organizers.
She says 12 teams took part in the competition.
The ‘Overkill’ team from Nain took the top spot in the male category.
Team ‘Spiked Punch’ from Hopedale took the same honour for the females.
Ben Mitsuk and Tanya Vincent, both from Hopedale, were named MVPs.
Jenny Basto and Peter Hunter, also both from Hopedale, were named the most sportsmanlike players.
Aggek says she would like to thank everybody who participated in another year of great competitions.
