The annual Isabella Lyall Advent sale will be held at the JHMS School gym Saturday, November 29 starting at 12 noon.
This year they will be selling cold plates and baked goods.
Local businesses will be donating Christmas baskets to be auctioned off at the sale.
There will be tables for rent so people can come to sell their own stuff.
There will be a cake walk again this year.
All donations of baked goods can be dropped off at the school gym on Saturday morning.
And tickets will be sold until the sale.
They are now selling 50/50 tickets for $1 each and tickets on prizes for $2 each or 3 for $5.
The prizes for the tickets are: One airline ticket from Nain to Goose Bay return (or anywhere in between) donated by Air Labrador, one airline ticket donated by Provincial Airlines, a truck load of crushed stone donated by Nunatsiavut Group of Companies, one drum of stove oil donated by Woodward’s Oil, and a meal for two at the Atsanik Lodge donated by Tom Goodwin.
