The National Inuit Youth Council (NIYC) has selected a new representative for Nunatsiavut Youth.
Mary (Binky) Andersen was selected as the Representative for the Nunatsiavut Youth with the National Inuit Youth Council.
Andersen feels very privileged to have been selected for this position.
She says that her first teleconference is on Wednesday, December 13, 2017.
Andersen stresses that she cannot represent the Nunatsiavut Youth by herself, and that she needs to work with the youth to figure out what they want.
