The 17th Annual Hopedale Rhubarb Festival started on July 24th and was postponed on the 27th, 2021.
The festival re-started this morning at 10am till 2pm with a Kushi find.
This event is for 6 years old’s and under, and 7-11 and 12 to 15 years of age and parents or caregivers are asked to accompany their children.
You are asked to bring your kushi’s to the Nanuk centre today at 2:15 pm for a count. Whoever caught the most kushis’ wins with first prize $100.00, second prize $75.00 and 3rd prize is $50.00
Tomorrow there will be rhubarb bake off and some mini fairs, and the cardboard boat races to follow
