The construction of new homes and continued home repairs are going well on the north coast communities.
William Lucy is the Coordinator for Torngat Regional Housing Association.
He says the new homes are all up and covered, but right now the crews are waiting for sidings to arrive.
Lucy says it’s harder right now because of COVID-19, and there are no sidings to get because they had to order that elsewhere aside from the Island and that has slowed everything down.
