Torngat Wildlife and Plants Secretariat new project on searching for lost gear went quite well.
Craig Taylor is the Fisheries Analyst.
He says they used a vessel with a sonar which is a new technology on board.
Taylor says they went in areas of Nunatsiavut, Cape Harrison and the coast of Hopedale to search for lost gear in the bottom of the ocean.
He added with what they found, it will be useful for future searches and continue the work.
