Sealed bids are being accepted from beneficiaries interested in harvesting one moose allocated under the Nunatsiavut Government 2019-2020 moose management plan.
Bids must include the slaughter, butchering, distribution and disposal of meat to the community as determined by the Makkovik Inuit Community Government.
In addition, the antlers, (if any,) to remain with the Makkovik Inuit Community Government.
All tools, fuel, ammunitions, packaging and supplies associated with the above is to be covered under the bid.
Please note that the moose must be harvested by March 31st, 2020.
Please submit your sealed bid amount inside envelope to the council office by Friday, February 21st, 2020 at 4 pm.
