The Jens Haven Memorial School will be holding their annual Remembrance Day celebration tomorrow November 08, 2018.
We spoke with Jacob Larkin the principal at JHMS.
He says starting at 11 am this celebration will take place at the 4-12 school gym.
This is open to the public.
This year there will be guests and veterans and grandchildren of veterans who will be in attendance, the Nain RCMP will be present and the Nain Mayor Joe Dicker will be there for this year’s celebrations.
Canadians are asked to pause in memory of the thousands of men and women who sacrificed their lives in military service.
The OKalâKatiget Radio staff will be attending at the Remembrance Day ceremony.
