The Pigutsavik Daycare Center will be holding registrations tomorrow Wednesday, September 11, 2019.
Lorraine Dicker is the Daycare Administrator for the Nain Daycare center.
She says registration takes place tomorrow evening at 6:30 PM.
Dicker says this will be a first come, first served basis, and priority will be given to working parents and to Nunatsiavut Government Beneficiaries.
Right now they are accepting 10 seats for the Toddler room this is for children from the ages of 24-36 months.
And they have 16 seats available for the Preschool room for children ages 36-69 months and 3 seats are available for the Language Nest Program this is for children ages 3 months to 24 months.
They will also be holding the Language Nest Program registration at the same time at 6:30pm.
Please bring your Childs non-expired MCP and Nunatsiavut Government Beneficiary card ready as well as an updated immunization record, the immunization forms can be picked up at the Public Health office at DHSD.
In total they have 16 staff at the Daycare center.
If there are more than 3 infants registered for the Language Nest they will be on a rotational schedule.
Parents who want to register their child in the Language Nest must provide a short paragraph on why they want their child in the Language Nest.
