There was funding announced last week from the Federal Government for the Nain Transition house.
MP Yvonne Jones was there along with the Executive Director Nicole Dicker, AngajukKâk Joe Dicker, MHA Lela Evans and Board member Heather Angnatok.
They did the announcement at the Nain Inuit Community Government boardroom and OKâlaKatiget Radio went and recorded.
There was a total of $97,000 announced in funding that was a part of the Emergency Support funding from the government.
