Nain RCMP has charged three residents for selling and transporting contraband alcoholic liquor within the community of Nain.
Trudy Dicker has been charged with selling contraband alcoholic liquor pursuant to the Newfoundland & Labrador Liquor Control Act.
Brenda Dicker and Martin Eli Ian Merkuratsuk have been charged with transporting contraband alcoholic liquor pursuant to the Newfoundland & Labrador Liquor Control Act.
They will all appear in Provincial Court in September, 2018.
Nain RCMP continues moving forward with the issue of bootlegging, and are anticipating further seizures and arrests.
