The Nain Nigivik center are busy preparing for this week’s schedule.
We spoke with Ethan Angnatok the Community Food Worker with the Nain Nigivik Center.
Angnatok says they are seeking interested individuals who would like to cook a meal this week.
He says today Monday, May 29, they will be cooking Beef with Macaroni and cheese.
Their hours of operation is run from 8:30 am to 12 noon and again from 1pm to 4:30pm.
Anyone can come by and join them during the week.
They are located at 2 Siksik Road.
Angnatok says tomorrow, they have homemade burgers on the agenda, followed by chicken stir fry this Wednesday evening, and on Thursday they will make BBQ chicken.
This Friday they will be at the Nain Youth centre preparing foods with youth.
