The Nain Department of Health and Social Development are holding different programs throughout the week.
Their business hours are from Monday to Friday, from: 8:30am to 12pm and 1pm to 4:30pm.
On Mondays they hold Paint Nights held by DHSD staff and on Monday evenings they hold the Adult Support group by the Mental Health team at 6:30pm located up stairs.
On Tuesday evenings they have a Social card game held by Mental Health team.
Wednesdays they have Senior’s merchandise bingo in the afternoon held by Community Health workers- 1:30-3:30.
And all day on Wednesdays they hold a Wooding program during the winter held by Mental Health team.
And Wednesday evenings they hold the prenatal program held by Public Health team (Subject to change) at 6:00pm.
Thursdays they hold the Crafts in the afternoon and Duffle workshop in the evenings held by Mental Health team (times can change but usually from 1:00-3:30.
And on Fridays the Diabetes bingo is held once a month that starts at 1:00pm and from 1-4:30 they also holds the family connections in the afternoons.
