The Makkovik Recreation will be holding a hockey tournament this weekend.
Paul Andersen is the Recreation Director for Makkovik.
He says the tournament will be on Saturday, February 1st, and starts at 10 am at the Makkovik arena.
The fee is $10 a player and the teams will be drawn from a hat.
The men’s division will consist of Grade 8 and over with four players maximum on a team.
The women’s division must be grade 6 and over with five players maximum on each team.
