A group of Archaeologists are doing research in the Kivallek area which is an old Inuit village not far from Okak.
Peter Whitridge is an Archaeologist with the Memorial University in St. Johns.
He says as a professor at MUN of Newfoundland in St.Johns him and 3 students are traveling to Kivallek.
Whitridge says they hired on a students from Nain.
He adds when his team came back from Kivallek, they will be holding an open house.
