Labrador-Grenfell Health is pleased to announce that beginning of July 1, 2019; the authority will be improving access to health services to communities in rural coastal Labrador through enhanced air transportation.
This improvement will consist of a dedicated aircraft for routine transportation (Schedevac) and dedicated aircraft for medical emergency transportation (Medivac) which will reduce delays that may occur with a combined service. The Schedevac service will maintain its regular operating hours.
