Darryl Shiwak is the Deputy Minister for Nunatsiavut Affairs. Nunatsiavut Affairs is responsible for housing for Nunatsiavut Government.
The 2023 program, for the general program which is that the applications tender in December, Darryl says they have 34 homes approved.
There are 9 in Hopedale, 3 in Makkovik,11 in Nain, 8 in Postville, and 3 in Rigolet,
The program Is currently underway, the contract started in July 31st 2023
